Dr. Dooley’s distinguished career has involved gastroenterology alone in more recent years, though he was also involved in the broader field of internal medicine many years prior to that. Very active in medical education, he served as a clinical associate professor of medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, and has traditionally been involved in the medical education of future doctors since the early 1960s.
