Appointments and Registration

Scheduling Appointments
To schedule an appointment call the location nearest you. We will make every attempt to schedule your appointment on the day and time most convenient for you. Please refer to the Telephone Numbers for the local exchange in your area.

Cancelling Appointments
If you cannot keep an appointment, please telephone our receptionist. If possible, call 24 hours in advance so that we may offer the time to another patient. You may re-schedule your appointment at the time you call to cancel.

Registration
New and returning patients will be contacted prior to the appointment for registration information.
